Hello. That's a beautiful bike, looks completely original. I just bought a Crescent 20 & am new to TOC bikes. I'm looking for info about these bikes & people who are into them. I'd like to find swap meets where TOC stuff might show up also. Is there a site where I might find people who are knowledgeable about them ? Again, I like your bike. Thanks, Thad
Looks like 1900 Crescent Model 31, with two different hole sizes and 27 teeth. Per Crescent catalogs 1899 and older sprockets had holes all same size like the 1898 shown above.
Any Crescent knowledge here would be appreciated. I recently picked up this Crescent bicycle and it is a model 38 women's bike and I have zero clue on value.
Thank you so very much for that information The head badge said 1902 and I assume that that was correct. I have the whole bike down to every nut and bolt and it's in pretty darn good shape other than the wooden rims need to be straightened which I believe can be done. Do you have any idea what it might be worth unrestored?
