Crimson Rim TOC Lady’s Identification Help Please

Does anyone recognize the maker of this lady’s bicycle. Many thanks, Brant

It could be a "Crimson Rims" Syracuse by Syracuse Cycle Company. Circa 1897 +/-

looks similar, but not identical to a Stearns crank assembly and sprocket

Brant it reminds me of the Acme Stormer rear steer tandem project I sold to Jesse. I know it's hard to see the chain ring, but it's very similar to the one on yours.

I agree with Max that the crank assembly is very similar to Stearns. Edward C. Stearns was president of both E C Steans & Company and The Syracuse Cycle Company:

February 9, 1893 - Democrat and Chronicle (Rochester NY)
