Cross Brace for prewar handlebars

Looking for the brace only, approximately 18" where it enters the bars. No repops patina similar to these preferred.

Are these center bars not supposed to come out? Not too hard to just make a center bar yourself.

Ya I guess they aren't supposed to come out but they do. I have some thoughts on making one from a sissybar leg but thought I'd try to find a replacement first.
