Crusty non locking springer, Whizzer?

Picked up a non locking fork with a drum brake and very heavy spokes. The other drum brake I have has the smaller spokes, didn't know there were differences. The rim looks ran over by a truck, but hub looks unhurt other than being rusty. The whole front end was taken apart sometime, AS bolts gone, and the legs were turned around, white darts with red pinstripes are on the inside.any info would be appreciated. Will probably use the hub on my 56 red phantom. Thanks! Joe

also couldn't find any knurling on the wheel, or Schwinn tubular s2 either, buy they are pretty toasty.
