I suppose that depends on how professional the restoration is. However considering the present condition, I think if a restoration is done reasonably well, it's value could go up from here. Though if not done well, then possibly better left alone if value is a concern.
Here is a restored example for price comparison. Though as the old saying goes, "It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and not a penny more". If you want to sell yours as-is probably ebay it and let the market decide the value.
