Curious about this Schwinn Streamliner..

This bike has been on local Craig's for seems like a year, high price I think $750, low $600. Doesn't look like a bad bike (says me...but?). Seller vague on year...seems easy to nail down a year with all the Schwinn resources, but he never has. VERY short description.
Too expensive? Vague description? Why no seeming interest in this bike? I think someone here on the CABE knows the owner?

Wrong seat and tank, tank should be black and white.
I've not had much luck selling balloon tire bikes on Craigslist though. I've sold a few, and bought a few, but they seem to sit there a long time. Always have better luck selling them here on the cabe.
