Curve braces Shelby, original Paint Dx

Two bikes I am picking up Tuesday in Lexington NC. 2 Shelby’s $700 , DX $500. Save $200 each if you can pick them up yourself in Lexington NC Monday or Tuesday afternoon.

Shelby with fenders has broken frame but I think the other Shelby is same frame.

That second frame looks like a CWC to me. Nice haul.

I just noticed that, the Shelby is different where the seat post comes up.

Not only is the other frame not the same as the Shelby, I didn’t catch its missing a bit of frame. I guess it will be a part out. I was able to pick the bikes up. I must be the only kook willing to drive to pick up a bike. The Shelby is western flyer badged the DX is really pretty nice just some paint loss on the tank.

The early (1935-36?) CWC looks to be broken at the bottom bracket joint to the down tube; (perhaps that is why CWC made some design changes?).
