CWC Ball Light

New to the CWC world. I just picked up in the last week a prewar and postwar CWC. The postwar is badged Roadmaster. I would like to mount a ball headlight on it. The fork does not have the mounting post. Did Delta provide a bracket or do I need to make one.

There is a Delta bracket w/twin clamps to mount it to the handlebars. I have one f/s if you're interested send me a PM
