Amateur restore of a great deluxe prewar ladies bike.
It would benefit truly from a full takedown and re-restore but as it sits it would make an easy low key project as well.
Looks like newer wheelset, a couple scars visible but no frame repairs or serious damage that I see.

$400 OBO picked up in Richmond, VA or delivered if we can work out a place and time on one of my bicycle hunting expeditions.
It is heavy so shipping would be up to the buyer but I would pack it if you're so inclined.

Cool bike, never saw a CWC Sam-Sco, most are Snyder, must have changed the sprocket with the rims to 1/2 chain. GLWS

Yeah lots of "chrome" on this bike, none of it looks great but all of it has potential.
