Not sure exactly of the year, but guessing 39 or 40. A lot of potential on this bike. Original paint. although surface rusted, I think it could be brought up quite a few notches with Oxalic acid and or compound. Schwinn Typhoon tires. Not rust through on the tank. The fenders are pretty straight. I noticed when I re-assembled the bike, the stem bolt was replaced, as was the front axle. Otherwise the bikes looks pretty well original. No battery can in rack, but original lens is present. Inside of the tank looks great with battery tray.
