Sold CWC? springer fork

I'm not sure if this is cwc made but it came on my 1941 cwc speedking. Steer tube is 6 1/4" long and seems to require a thinner diameter stem or a short stem. Light is missing the switch and lense is plastic. $175 plus shipping or trade for a 1941 or earlier cwc non springer fork with truss rods, thanks. Paypal

It’s not cleaned up yet but that’s mostly house paint on the truss rods.
It has a short steer tube but it is original to the frame. Not a girls frame.

I would consider these if you like them. ‘40. Only hesitation I would have is because the original paint.
