Also how do I get the chain off my iPhone using Tapatalk
Need to find the master link, which should look different than the rest, at least on the side with the removable plate.
Usually one may open the link by hand, by using straightened chain as leverage, to bend the two pins on the master link closer toward each other, allowing the removable plate to slip off. This works best with the chain off of the sprockets, (which appears to already be the case).

The 24 tooth front sprocket is original to a CWC girl's bike; some people put these on CWC boy's bikes, replacing the standard 26x10 tooth sprockets.
Matched with a 11 tooth rear sprocket gives a moderate 2.364 ratio.

A girl's bike is far less likely to have changed (swapped) parts, such as wheels/rims.

How do I know if the rims are original? Is there a defining thing I should look for?

@Archie Sturmer is right, I was thinking about a different type of master link.
