Cycle Truck basket with Lid

Anyone recognize this style of bracing along the bottom?

In addition to that basket, cwc also offered a wire basket, at least I have seen lit. Ross and worksman also made cts but I do not think with a covered lid.

That is cockeyed - The straps are not centered on the basket (look at the front spacing to the ends) and the mounting pattern of the straps is very narrow (far more narrow than the CWC shown}.

It looks like someone made it to fit something they built... The basket itself was in good shape before the "strapification" was applied. The straps aren't even wrapped around the upper basket ring - Zero strength there..

Probably could have been turned into a nice, usable part for a cargo cycle of some description.

It looks like an X-brace, or cross-bracing.
Mot sure if it would be right size for a rear rack on a work-tricycle.
The holes appear to be for a flat bottom mount.

Hola hi everyone this basket it's a Wald one modified by someone who needs to add in CT but can't buy original one! We have a couple of guys who are metal fabricators and they made some lids and custom jobs! This one use the Schwinn CT1 as a model! Nice to use for groceries thanks!!!

Thanks, I'm happy with it. Since I took the photo, I have changed the bar and saddle. I also want to replace the ND coaster with a Morrow.
