Cycle Truck stand

hello fellow cabers.

I have a 1965 CT that I bought a stand for. It doesn’t seem to fit snug when in use. Is it possible I have a prewar stand that would pivot off the axle and I’m pivoting off the fork bungs throwing this off? Does anyone on here have dimensions of where the hole sits for a post war stand?
