Reduced D.P. Harris Royal Flyer prewar camelback/roadster

This is a cool project for someone. I couldn’t find much info on this particular model I would guess between 36 and 38. Flat brace fenders they do need some attention the front one mostly. Art Deco stem pretty rusty for the most part. Seat pan and springs look solid. Frame and fork look straight I didn’t see any cracks or repairs but a light spot where the crank rubbed on the frame it doesn’t look like any structural damage more cosmetic. I don’t think the rear rim would be useable. It looks like it might have been red original paint. Good project for a unique bike. $350 shipped from Mn to lower 48 PayPal for payment please as F/F
