It is a Morrow. If the hub is original it will be easy to date. The hub has an alpha numeric code such as "H3" on the barrel. In this case it would be 3rd qtr 1938.

From the survivors that have showed up here, it started during 1940, and ran through '58. There's some knowledge about the prewar bikes built at the Indiana factory, formerly the Excelsior Bicycle Co. And, it's been said that they went to an A series serial on the rear dropout in 1959. That's where the H = 66 is from. It seems they went back to A again during 1969. Where that information came from, and it's accuracy aren't known. Only the NBHAA knows for sure, having contacted all the bike companies before they were sold or went out of business.
