Looks like an Asian bike style dropstand. Zero collector value as far as I know.

Still trying to figure out the arrangement or orient-ation of the 3 points, consisting of the 2 tabs and bolt hole (with those bolt holes obviously being for an axle of a rear wheel); not sure what it might fit; does the stamped emblem read “Kent” with 1 oak leaf cluster?
So the outside tabs are stops; and the inside tabs might secure to stays on some frame?

Wore out three sets of tires already!
It bolts on the rear wheel axel and fits no particular make of bicycle.
