Dating a Steel Glue on Rim?

This rim came on a 1920's Hiawatha that I purchased a while back. It is obviously not from that bike. Could anyone ID and date it? I am totally unfamiliar with this style rim. Thanks so much!

1900's to early 30's they were an optional rim for those back then wanted metal rather than wood. Any brand could get them.
