dating my vintage schwinn.1936???need help!!

i found this at the swap meet,has original blue and white paint with red pin stripe,24",flat fender brackets,took the crank off and it says"sa 36" has an indian arrow painted on the forks,skip tooth clover crank,wald pedals,lucky seven seat post,and a 1948 bike licence, need help dazting and finding parts

Nothing about that bike screams "Schwinn" to me. Not sure what it is, but I do not think it is a Schwinn.

the crank is the only thing that i thought connected it to schwinn,because the "as 36" which is common for schwinn and the 4 circle clover design ,which is common on 26" schwinns,from 40's to 80's

the serial #'s are U10908 under crank housing

It is probably a 36 schwinn. I just got a similar bike, also dated "as 36". Yes, my fork is wrong.
