DBT or WV license plates

Looking for some bike license plates for a few of my projects. I live in Colorado, so DBT is my first choice. I also spent a lot of time in WV and wouldn't mid finding some from there. Looking for the following years

1962
1963 (need 2, plus if they are sequential)
1964
1965

Anyone?
