Sold Delta dual teardrop reflector (colson bullnose/clipper etc)

This is a seldom-offered Delta rear reflector that is normally seen on the rear of Colson bikes like the Bullnose and the Clipper and others. Chrome is in ok shape for the age and has been polished. Reflectors arent cracked and the black gunk that holds them in appears to be holding pretty well despite being old.
Hardware present looks correct but no washer is there, just nut and bolt.
