I have a question about these lights
Can they used on fenders adding the silveray base or is it a different light. I bought a light and it came with a smaller bolt and larger bolt with base.After assembly it feels like top will rotate on silveray mount.

Agreed. You can bet they didn't announce it here. Price would have doubled. Certain items get called out -then u can forget about getting it for a decent price

I bought this bike a short time ago and the hornlite was part of the fascination with it (besides it being black and white!)
