Delta No 27 bicycle light NOS or Repop?

I've had this light for a little while now. It came with a box of parts. The headlight looks original and that it has been installed before. The can I think is original, decal looks old, but it hasn't been installed? Maybe these 2 don't go together? (No jewel and different bracket in installation picture) Wondering if anyone can verify if this can is repop or NOS?

Battery can is not repop. Can you take photo of other side of can brackets.

Thanks for all the input guys! Never had a repop in my hands and the pictures I've seen of the repops looked really close. Glad to have some certainty!
