I live for the CABE
Here’s a Delta Winner I picked up recently. Looks so nice that thinking repop but remember reading somewhere if “Delta Electric Co” on bottom it’s original. Did repops come with paper instruction insert? Any help from experts here much appreciated.

I agree not a Winner which would be embossed on top for a post war light but this isn't a repo light. V/r Shawn

Definitely a LockTop , not a repro. , they weren't reproduced. As far as date go's the earliest date I know of is 1955 but they could be earlier.
You can't rely on the paper battery / bulb service diagram tag for the date , it's just a generic tag they put in every light with the same service instructions. Notice that it's always a torpedo light on the tag no matter what model light you find one in.
Named the " LOCKTOP" for the screw & nut the secures { LOCKS } the top to bottom so the kids at school couldn't steal your batteries without a screwdriver .
