Some body's custom exercise cycle. If the bottom bracket is still good I'd say it was money well spent.

The non-Arnold thread on Excelsiors from the city and state reflected on the badge shows a 1930 or 31 ad with cute ladies on an exercise bike and also shows a name change perhaps when Snyder became involved with the company.
Some people read the word “Exerciser” and immediately think of another guy.
