Deluxe Thunder ID help??

I picked this child's bike up just because it was neat but not my area of knowledge. I've not found anything on the net for it. It is a Deluxe Thunder and head badge has Crain Bike Co Rockaway Beach, NY. It's missing a few parts on front and back fenders which I assume a light and reflector were there. Looks like at the front of the tank to the neck it maybe missing a part there. Also has no kickstand. Any info on dating this bike and what maybe missing would greatly be appreciated.
