Did Pierce manufacture the frames for all Kramer BSA Racers?

Did Pierce manufacture the frames for all PKS Kramer racers? Or did Pierce Use BSA racing frames with BSA components and decal and badge them?

I have a very early bike a BSA Racer complete that has a lot of buffalo history as being owned and and ridden here in Buffalo, New York for past approx 90 years!

I can’t tell if it’s a Pierce Kramer Racer or a BSA Racer. looks exactly like pictures below

I found on the bottom frame under the crank raised casting that says A75 so far no other numbers found as bike was repainted.

From the early ads it appears to me is was wholly a Pierce product. It looks like once Emblem took over they used BSA components but the rest was made in-house. That's my interpretation anyway.
