Just middleweight. No springer and 26 X 1 3/4 was the tire size.

Not the 60's KS, but there were prewar 20 inch seat tube frames. not sure the top tube length in comparison to the later KS, but they would have been ballooners.
(I know thats not what was asked, but you may find it interesting)
