Dixie Flyer Ladies Bike or Yard Art make offer

This is Melanie, Steve's widow, and I have a true barn find that I am selling. Not sure if it is just yard art, or if it is something that a collector might be interested in. It all looks old and original to me. So if anyone is interested in making an offer, please make me an offer before I spray paint it and put it out in my yard. I love bicycle yard art, but Steve always told me to be careful in case someone is looking for a part here or there to make their bicycle complete. Although it looks complete, it truly is not rideable as is. Has some cool features. I remembered where to find the serial number! Here are all the pictures I have. I am in Greensboro NC. Only the second one I've ever seen. The other is local to me and without the light, tank or rack. Same scheme, same colors. A Great Bike.
