Dr.B

Finally riding a big boys bike
Hey guys! So I'm looking for some help figuring out this bike. It's all original (except for tires and front tube which I changed after buying). When I bought it in Florida from a guy who's father who died owned it(was a collector)there was a tag hanging off it that someone had it forsale in Pa in the 80's for $350 and said 1947 Murray. But is it? What is it? What's the history? The original paint is in decent condition. Rides nice! Put battery in tank and horn works! Chrome will probably clean up nice.
Any idea what it's worth ?? Anyone interested in buying?

I'm thinking pre-war on that one but maybe it is early post war. Not gonna find a lot of love for a girls bike money wise. There was a really nice girls Westfield at MLC with a Persons Reflecto on it that went begging at $300 which I think would be top money on this bike and likely a touch lower. V/r Shawn
