Wore out three sets of tires already!
It's a weird one. I mention schwinn because the shop owner wrote "AS-45" on one of the cones back in the day.

If it is Schwinn, would obviously be on a cottered crank model. Don't remember if any like that but if so 1950's or before I'd guess but I'm no expert.
