Presented here for auction is a nice pair of Men's Standard No. 4 Star 1/2" rat trap pedals. Pedals are complete with a nice warm patina and still maintain most of their original nickel finish. Cages are in good shape with minor wear. Axles are straight and the pedals spin nicely. Shafts are 1/2". According to early catalogs, "This pedal combines lightness and strength and is well finished. It is especially adapted to racing wheels and bicycles with low crank hangars." I'll leave it to the next owner to decide whether to clean these up further or leave as is to show some age. Perfect and correct for your post TOC-teens roadster or racer. Thank you for your interest and good luck.
