Nice condition Elgin Miss America head shroud. Very solid. No cracks. Has the three original screws. Nothing is stripped. All the threads into the pot metal are good. It does have some paint on it. I haven’t tried to remove it. Shouldn’t take much to get it off. The lines on the sides of the shroud (near where top tube and down tube would enter) are just stain marks left over from a rusty tank. There are no cracks or corrosion. Should clean right up no problem. Add $16 for shipping/insurance. Will be packaged carefully, double boxed and shipped usps priority. Thanks!
