Pre-war pedals. I don’t know the manufacturer. Seems like they just need to be cleaned up. Nice patina. spin slow like full of molasses. Nice patina on the metal and the rubber typical chips and blemishes but not a bad set for whatever gender bike or model bike these are meant for. If I had to guess I would say deluxe girls pedals 20s. seem quite heavy for their size. Axels are snug and seem really straight from best ability.
