Sold DOND prewar Schwinn frame, cranks, chain and handlebars

DOND Schwinn frame, cranks, chain and handlebars. I'm not sure of the year. Pics of serial number attached. I did not pull the cranks to see what they are dated. The handlebars were zip tied to the frame, so I am including, but they have been welded. House painted, but I see signs of original black paint.
