Presented here for auction is a fantastic prewar Schwinn Superior featherweight direct-drive 36-hole racing hub and 7-tooth cog. The hub shell, made from the finest Schwinn Dural, is clean and solid with the “Schwinn” and “DURAL” scripts fully legible. 7-tooth cog and lockring maintain their original finish. I'll leave it to the next owner to decide whether to re-grease and clean it up further or leave as is to show some age. Shiny, slick and ready to be laced into the wheel of your choosing.
