Dual aluminum Delta front loaders

Got these off a late 30's Schwinn. They both now work,I cant figure out what they're off of,what breed of bike from this bracket,other than they're handlebar mounted. Any ideas? NFS at this time. Thanx

Yeah, looks like an aftermarket piece, otherwise the mounting bracket would be more model specific. Also accommodates remotely powered lights. Pretty cool. Were the lights added to the bracket or was this found complete?

Found as you see them on a late 30's Schwinn I ended up with.
