Dual silveray autocycle mounting kit question

I'm new to this. How are the dual silverays secured to the springer for brackets on the autocycles. I don't have a kit. Regardless I can see each light is secured by 2 screws ..looks like there is a spacer in tear drop shape. Any help appreciated...who has these parts or any alternative hardware to do this? Saw this photo on worth point.

These are the brackets for the spring fork. You'll need longer AS carriage bolts as well. Gary
