Cruisin' on my Bluebird
I bought this bike from another CABE member solely for the tires. Thank you, again CABE. Picked the bike up this weekend.
The seat that came with the bike looked too large, so I added one I had here on the shelf. Put on some grips and pedals to make the bike whole. The frame measures 20-1/2" tall. The bike is now posted F/S locally on CL.
Interesting thing when I was cleaning the badge with some dish soap I noticed yellow paint on the head tube. It appears there were darts on the down tube and possibly on the top tube as well. Assuming it is factory. Anyone have one similar to compare?

2016 I bought another E.C. Simmons Westminster from another CABE member missing wheels and tires, and I fixed it up. See photos of each for future reference.

E.C. Simmons did have a color option of Amber with rich dark Green accent on its "Banner" models.
But I don't see it listed on any "Westminster" models in catalog page pictures that I have found.

Model 1710 might be from 1917; and Model 1810 might be from 1918.

And Model 1110 from 1911.

I believed at the time when I owned this one the badge was stamped 1610.

Maybe it was 1810, consistent with the paint options available shown in your post above.
