EA light and horn question, prewar?

I believe these are NOS. They came out of an old bike shop in Minnesota. Some dings on the trim.
My question is whether they were sold individually or as a pair? And how old are they? Thank you.

I have several "Sets" of these
I put them on all my Rats and customs. I do have one NOS light in the original box I would assume they are sold individually. I couldn't tell you how old they are. I like the simplicity and the look.

Correction the box has a photo of a light the contents is in fact a horn.

A very fair offer I would say Ive never paid more than $75 for 1
and these dont appear to have mounting hardware. Really comes down to how bad do you want them.
