Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Up for grabs is what I believe to be a 36 or 37 Shelby. This is base model bike that didn’t come equipped with all the goodies. But it would be a great start if you wanted to turn it into a deluxe model. This was recently purchased from the OG owners wife and she told me he bought it brand new at a gambles store in the 30s. Couple issues. The rear hub just spins when you pedal. And the bike has no badge. Only thing it’s missing is the dropstand and clip.
This bike looks a lot better in person. It has great patina. The rear fender has a few dings but nothing crazy and the front is nice. I can get any pics needed if what you see isn’t enough. I’m no Shelby pro so I figured I’d start it at 700$ plus the ride or best offer. Any questions please ask and thanks for looking.
