Anybody able to peg down a year from the layout of this old Flying Star?

Worth going to rescue from the countryside garden it's been stuck in?

No helps from me except, that chain guard is for an 24"-er, and it was a 2-3 speed b/c the rear fender stay and screw in the fork's top or bridge are for mounting canti brakes.

Mid,late 50's,oddity,if nothing else. You know the drill,it's a Schwinn, so it's somebody's holy grail, get it cheap, you'll make some semolians. Should be worth 150-200,as it sits.

I've got the same rear fender stay on the '57 Starlet. It didn't come with canti brakes.
