OK I will try him tomorrow.
My coasting pegs have 1/2" diameter sleeves that the mounting bolt goes through so I am going to have to figure out how to bore the rubber. Maybe pressing the OD of the pedal rubber into a piece of metal tubing, chucking it up in a 3 jaw chuck on a metal lathe and using a single point boring tool.
What do you think?
