Riding a '37 Colson Imperial
This goes out to the Huffman gurus of the group. Did Huffman use anything besides the Wald #3 knuckle stem in '36? I see just about every model in '36 tends to come equipped with this stem, even the top of the line Safety Streamline. I believe it was introduced in 35-36, so it makes sense for a cutting-edge bicycle manufacturer to use the latest & greatest. I have seen ladies with the short no-reach Torrington stem, but did they ever use the popular Torrington Deco stem of the time? Or the standard Torrington "moto" style stem? Asking for a friend who doesn't particularly care for the #3 :p

Thanks in advance for the help. Mike
