    For the center cap, it would take some patience and care, but it's possible to use metal letter stamps or even the options of using acid etching or a 3d printer.

    Tried to Find the Bolt; But, The Thread is Rare,,,Not Available!!!
    I Was Told it is 14 x 125 But No Luck!
    So, IF Someone Has One (Bolt) Please,Let Me Know!!

    The Cap is Just for Looks!!!

    I could be wrong, but might that be French pedal thread size? 14 x 1.25.
    You might want to check that out, I'm sure you could modify a pedal to fit if that is the case, if you could find one with a large enough section to fashion the bolt head from. Just a thought.

    Metric threads on Kelly bars? The bolt on my Kelly bars is a 1/2"-20.

    Bolt shown in Post #7 above is 1/2"-24 with 3/4" head (1/4") thick and overall bolt length of 13/16".
