Early NOS Heavy Duty Cog i.d.?

    My best guess was early tandem or MC or maybe even one of those crazy TOC two speeds when I picked this up but I haven't seen anything similar in searching.
    Looks heavy duty enough be early Motorcycle?
    I included the more familiar cog for scale.

    Familiar to anyone?

    that heavy duty, is early like 1892 rear cog for bicycle

    my 92 Victor 91 Triumph and both my 92 columbias cog and chain ring hover around 3/8 -1/2 inch
