To clarify there is a slight bend near the center of the bars. Sorry

If you zoom in on this picture you can see a slight bend right next to where are the stem clamp would attach. On the Rusty side of the handlebars. A couple of degrees. I mainly want to point out they are not perfect. Could they be fixed, absolutely! I could take a picture with my Carpenter straight edge if needed. Let me know. Fred

You are correct, Fred … Very-Slight Bend.

A Mapp-Gas Torch and a tug will remedy the bend.

Mild hand polishing of heated nickel-plate will
remove heat-oxidized area.

Will remove my inclusions here, at your request.
