Early pedal car

Just picked this early pedal car .Im thinking 1900s Reminds me of a Little Rascals car.Any one have a similar one or know make and what a complete one looks like wheels are 16" and 10" make

Cool piece of toy history! You might have luck looking in the toy sections of TOC Sears and Montgomery Wards catalogs online.

I have found out what it is suppose to look like .
A collector in Texas showed me a pic of his and I found another pic on the web.Note the pinstriping
