Early pedal I.D.

I picked these pedals up this week and am wondering what they are exactly. 2-piece end plates make me think they are fairly early, possibly 20's? No visible markings that I can see. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is the block measurement? The look like mid-late 20's Torrington.

I agree Torrington. The shaft are in backward. The flat non-nut side is normally facing out, Thanks for sharing.

I'll check the blocks tonight. I might just leave the shafts as-is since they're already like that and I kinda like the look. Thanks so much!
