Not sure about that badge but the fork is a 1 yr only 41 fork.
Well that certainly seems to be a number I like reading because it’s something I had been lead to believe. I’m just really not very experienced at all with old bicycles so the info is super appreciated

I believe 38 was the reflector badge or at least all the four gill bikes i have owned wore them, wether or not a delivery cycle in 38 would have but i have not seen any literature for delivery Cycle for 1938.

Yes it is very scarce with a photo ad claiming they are a 1941. Appreciate the feedback.

Eons ago, had a unique streamlined CWC Cycle Truck ... believe letter "C" was the lead character in the crankcase-placed serial-number. Last observed in the background of a foto generated by @John . Would very much enjoy peeping that frame / fork one more time, (was not an arch-bar). Thanks in advance ....... patric
